2. Website access and hosting
When you access this site, technically necessary connection data is processed, such as your IP address, time, requested address and browser details. This supports the provision and security of the website. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may serve as the legal basis.
Hosting: To be completed by the operator.
Hosting location: Germany / please verify
Server log retention: To be clarified with the hosting provider and completed by the operator.
3. Project enquiries
The form processes your name, email address, project description and optional additional information. These details are used to handle your enquiry and prepare a possible collaboration. Depending on the enquiry, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The information is saved in a protected team inbox. A notification may be sent through the configured email service.
Data is deleted when it is no longer needed and no statutory retention requirements prevent deletion. The operator regularly reviews open and completed enquiries; the application does not delete them automatically.
4. Sessions and local settings
A technically necessary session cookie protects forms, remembers your selected language and enables team login and the association of your support chat. Your light or dark appearance preference may be stored locally in your browser. No external analytics or advertising services are used for this function.
5. Support chat and translations
Chat messages are stored on this website’s server so our team can take over the consultation. Stored data includes original messages, language, timestamps, conversation status and, where applicable, German translations and replies in your language. The team works in German. Automatic translations may contain errors; please explicitly confirm important project details.
The configured retention period for inactive chats is 30 days. Cleanup runs on the next chat access or through a maintenance task configured by the operator. Chats can also be deleted in the team area. “Delete chat” removes the conversation and translations from active chat storage. The operator’s additional information applies to backups and technical logs.
The external AI and translation connection is not currently enabled. Without it, the assistant provides local guidance; automatic translation of freely written messages is not available.
6. Protection against abuse
Enquiries, logins and chat messages use time-limited counters with a keyed IP identifier that is not stored in plain text. Expired entries are removed the next time the rate-limiting function is accessed.
7. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent for future processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
8. External links
External services, such as social media pages or reference projects, open only when you click a link. The relevant provider is responsible for data processing there.
Technical template dated October 2026. The operator’s actual configuration and use are decisive.
